                                                                         REACH BACK PULL FORWARD

Reach Back Pull Forward provides Back Packs filled with essential needs for ALL Homeless Individuals. These back packs are prepared and given out twice a year; during the summer and winter months.  All Veterans participating in TRMBSS will volunteer in the ministry of Reach Back Pull Forward.

We started providing the General Homeless Population with back packs in 2018. We were able to give out fifty (50) back packs.  Six months later we were able to give out one hundred (100) back packs.  Our latest number of back packs given out was two hundred (200).  

Even with giving out two hundred (200) back packs we have learned that the amount was not enough, we were still running out of back packs.  Our goal is to be able to prepare a minimal of five hundred (500) to one thousand (1,000) back packs to help our Homeless Population.

The back packs include but are not limited to the following items: 

     • Tooth Brush, Tooth Brush Cover, Tooth Paste 

     • Lip Balm / Chap Stick

     • Towels / Wash Cloths

     • Soap

     • Lotion / Deodorant

     • Men’s Sock: Long / Ankle

     • Travel Size

                   o Tissues 

                  o Wet Wipes

                  o Baby Powder 

     • Band Aids (Assorted Sizes)

     • Assorted Snacks 

     • Water 

     • Hat/Scarf/Gloves – Winter 

 There is a special pack that the Women receive containing the following: 

     • Ankle Socks 

     • Tampons / Pads (Assorted Sizes)

     • Panty Liners
